"An example of modern residential architecture"
Villa CPV 29

Featured in Nhà Đẹp magazine, this is an elegant combination of both modernism and cultural background. The asymmetrical balance of the architecture, which bridges generations in its design offering to a multi-generational family, makes for a vibrant home. The design offers a fresh perspective on traditional living, making it a truly inspiring example of modern residential architecture.

The villa’s asymmetrical balance is a visual symphony, weaving clean, contemporary lines with the soulful resonance of Vietnamese heritage. At its heart lies the ancestral worship space – a delicate nod to Huế’s timeless artistry.

Handcrafted by skilled Huế artisans, the traditional “nhà rường” framework, with its intricate carvings and thoughtful interplay of light and shadow, transforms this corner into a living museum. It’s a sacred and intimate space where family members across generations gather to honor their roots and find solace amidst the urban rush.

Beyond its cultural core, CPV 29 is a testament to thoughtful materiality and spatial ingenuity. The design prioritizes natural light and fluid spaces, creating a home that breathes easily. Each corner of the villa is a hidden gem. Here, sleek modern surfaces coexist with tradition, crafting a sanctuary where functionality meets soul.
