At The Orchard, part of the Sycamore project in Binh Duong, NTA’s task was not simply to design houses, but to shape a way of living. The question that guided us was how to build a community that feels connected, yet allows every family to keep their sense of privacy.

Our approach was to create spaces with intention. Inspired by the idea of a “resort at home,” each house opens to a front yard that welcomes natural interaction, while the backyard remains a calm, private space. This balance allows daily life to flow between openness and retreat, where togetherness and solitude coexist side by side, quietly supporting one another.
