It learns how to work with it. With Sycamore B12, NTA raised a clear question: how can a living space welcome natural sunlight and airflow while still protecting the homeowner\u2019s privacy. Instead of a static facade, the louvers allow residents to actively adjust the building envelope throughout the day. Interior spaces remain cool, daylight is carefully controlled, and users can choose between privacy and an open visual connection to the surrounding landscape.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This adaptive thinking continues at the rooftop level. Each villa is designed with its own private outdoor space for personal activities. The pergola structure follows an open to sky concept, creating a light and airy atmosphere while also functioning as a future-ready framework.
